Round 12 NEMX series at Southwick Mass:
1st moto, missed gear on start, dead last into turn 1, got up to 2nd by last lap when I took a sand sample and got passed for a 5th.
2nd moto, spun tire on the start, 5th or 6th into first turn, worked up to 2nd, then worked my way back to 6th.

On a personal note: I HATE SAND!!!

Rounds 13 and 14 at Walden Playboy's in Walden NY:
Saturday:
Moto 1: 4th into first turn, but by the end of the moto, 20 second lead for a 1st.
Moto 2: Much better start, 2nd into first turn, and by the end of the moto I was stopping in turns to wait for the 2nd place rider to catch up, so I could mess with him. 1st, for a 1-1 overall.

Sunday:
Basically a repeat of saturday. 1st in moto 1, 1st in moto 2, for a 1-1
Clean sweep of the class for the weekend. Now about 160 points ahead of 2nd place in Championship points. One more race and I will have the championship secured.

On a personal note: I LOVE hardpack tracks!!!!!!!

On a sad note: our friend Kevin Willis was injured 2 weeks ago and had to have his spleen removed. He is done for the season.
