WRITTEN: SEPTEMBER 19th, 2002 WRITTEN BY: Kevin Beach I got tired of burning holes in my gear so I had a local fabricator make a guard. Welding a tab to the main frame was not our first choice. We did it because the subframe bolts are shouldered and not something you can find at most fastner shops. The guard is made of .125 thickness, 6160 T6 aluminum.
