CANNONDALE COMES OUT WITH A NEW MANUAL AND '03 MAPS:
Cannondale put out a new EFI manual with lots of details of the parts and how to troubleshoot problems. Also, they have made available the 2003 engine maps for the 2003 bikes. Check it out on their site.

UPDATED AND FIXED THUMPERTALK HELPER:
Looks like Thumpertalk changed a few of their forum scripts making my
gimmicky TTHelper thing not working correctly. I did a trail fix on it and it seems to be working like it did. If you haven't tried TTHelper give it a whirl. Have fun!
